the shade? It's an hour before kick and no ones directing traffic. Maybe I'm mistaken but aren't they supposed to start directing traffic 2 hours before the game?

traffic got really bad but I'm talking to friends still in traffic and they're saying there is still no one directing traffic. They only left 30 minutes later than us and it made that much of a difference.
