but I cannot access my account…. Is it possible to access online or are we waiting for the system to be debugged?

Still waiting. I've been promised twice that it would be available last week. Didn't happen. Maybe we upgraded the wrong building.

I have never thought the IPTAY site was very good. Hoping the revision will be an improvement but if their completion estimates are an indication I’m not optimistic.

on Tuesday, Aug 16 asking where do IPTAY members find their information about points, address, and other account information.
I got a reply of "We are still working to finalize some details including priority points and ability for IPTAY members to update their information"
This is also the reason we have not received any communication about paying for Notre Dame tickets that show in your account if you were lucky enough to qualify for them

You have been assigned a representative to help you with any problems. If you haven’t been in contact with anyone let me know and I will try to help you. The organization is going through a major overhaul right now and it is taking some time for everything to fall into place.

This transition has been a MAJOR FAIL on the Atheletic Dept. and Iptay!!!!!!!!!

Heads need to roll!!!

Bad business decision!!!!!! Many customers are not able to access the services they paid for and expect to see!!!!!!!

In the private sector, after 6 weeks, if a system is not up and running after promising that it would be ready to meet customer needs there would be consequenses/repercussions.
