The problem with that line of thinking is the guy that was convinced Disturbin Urban was the guy to fix the franchise is the same guy hiring the next coach. Poor track record.

was ever a successful coach in a sport where you have to convince kids to come play for you.

And when you couple it with BV’s comments on Dabo, it’s amazing that Dabo would ever lose a recruiting battle to a guy like that.

Look at the rosters he had a UF. These players were paid quite well to win championships.

Meanwhile, said players broke into Urbana’s home and robbed him when he wasn’t there. Never heard about that, did ya? Or about when Percy broke a coaches nose during argument?

Urban was an illusion. He’s not a good coach or human for that matter.
