In what ways does the offensive scheme change this year?

Aug 24, 2017, 8:22 PM

Nobody on this board really knows what Bryant's arm looks like now, but I can't help but drool when I see his old running touchdown against Miami. That kid is FAST! Hopefully, we'll incorporate some more jet sweeps and read options to distribute touches to everyone. Do yall think we'll line up in the pistol a lot this season? Has Dabo ever woohoo'd? Is it game day yet? How much wood could a wood chuck chuck if a wood chuck could run a pistol offense with all these playmakers?

SPOT THE BALL!!!!!!!!

Lean a lot more on the read option and sweeps like we did with Boyd. As long as we don't turn the ball over too much I think we will score A LOT. KB will run for over 1000 yards.

finally live up to its name with what we have built up on that side of the ball right now, and apparently for the foreseeable future.

Lots of runs. And screens and short passes followed by more runs and jet sweeps

opportunity is there. They're not going to show that off too much before KB takes the ball next Saturday, but with so many short pass options and running plays, and the dudes to execute each part and move downfield, somebody is going to sell out somewhere and boom. There's just absolutely no way that the staff is putting KB in at QB if he can't deliver the long ball consistently and without turnovers.

We will run more speed option plays, & then option passes & reverses off of that.

Power. This will be the most powerful offense we've seen

Our OL is big, strong, mean and deep. Our RBs are big and like to run between the tackles. Our QB is big and fast. Our TEs and WRs are excellent blockers. This will be a hard running football team.
