Great defensive play by WF to knock the ball out just before the goal line. I kind of feel bad for the freshman receiver from NC State, but not for their jack@ss of a HC.

It makes the overall SOS of the teams we beat look better if they have a high ranking or win loss total. In all actuality it does not matter much...if Clemson wins the next 2 games they will be in the playoffs, if not they wont...bottom line. It may make a difference in whether we are #2 or even as low as #4, but we will be 1 win away from being in the Natty either way as long as Clemson wins. If we were in a weak #4 and there was a strong #5, it might matter more. Beat Scar and beat the Canes and Clemson is guaranteed to be in the top 4.

In reality, it doesn't matter one bit.

If we win we're in. May as well just call it the top 4 and play anywhere. Until they expand to 8 and reward the top 4 with games closer to home or even home games, it just doesn't matter if NC State wins or whatever.

The pack loses, good. Coots losing is always good. If your team needs help from SOS, then you should have won to take care of it.
