So, Heather Sammich has added her two cents to the QB debate at Clemson. How special. Truthfully, her opinion is worth about as much as that of Elrod the homeless guy who lives by the drainage ditch near my office and carries on conversations with Elvis. Of course, Heather is but the latest in a long line of people who believe that they know what is best for the Clemson Tigers. But the truth is that the two people who have the best judgment in this area are Dabo and Chad. Together they have forgotten more about football than the rest of us have ever known. I believe they will start the QB that gives Clemson the best chance to win. As for the charge that Dabo puts loyalty above winning, ask Rob Spence and Kevin Steele about that issue. No, Dabo has shown that he has both the insight and guts to do what it takes to win. If that is Cole, then so be it. If it is Watson, then so much the better.
