when there were co-directors of whatever, each making 100K. Then there was a deputy director of the same thing. She was making 80K.
Then what did they do the next year? Add 1 secretary for each at 40K a pop.
That was for one department that was only suppose to last the 5 years it was going to take to finish all of the construction projects going on.

The amount of waste is mind blowing. She can’t get the board to set a budget, sit down to review the books, determine spending amount that requires additional signoff, etc.
Wife is currently trying to track down an accurate list of who has access to the credit card number, or where charges are originating. People have charged Netflix to the card, random personal purchases, etc.
Trying to stay motivated to fix it, but everybody is making it hard. Some people have good intentions, but many just want to look good.

Masks do nothing against influenza and coronavirus. Not a single #### thing. They don't protect the wearer or the other folks in the room. The only way to protect yourself from influenza or coronavirus is to not be in the same air system as other people. So wear some scuba gear or stay home.
That being said, kids and teachers don't need to worry about this at all, based on thousands of years of history. Kids are more affected by and more contagious with the flu than with coronavirus, and yes, even sars-cov-2, and yet every year we get flu outbreaks in schools and no crazy bullsh*t like plexiglass or masks are used. Transmission from students to teachers is highly unlikely, and has not been demonstrated.
It is child abuse to make kids wear masks all day, on the bus, in the classroom, etc. Yes, child abuse. If the teachers want to wear masks to feel better about themselves (and that is the ONLY affect masks have) then that's fine. Students should not be required to.

I would agree with your position here IF they forced them to wear masks all day and used them to waterboard the children. THAT would be abuse, but I am pretty sure they just have to wear the masks.

I went into Hertz Monday and the lady, wearing a gaiter, asked me to wear a mask. I asked her to put one on as well. She didn't get it. She did say she had other "mask-es" she could wear, but wouldn't change.
