Doing nothing was a foregone conclusion, and one day as I'm lying on my deathbed, I'll just wish I had those 5 minutes back that I spent yelling at him while he sat on the other line making the JO motion to all the other workers in the breakroom.

I called and talked to the lady at the customer service counter. She checked the orders ready for pickup. Ours wasn't there. Said thanks and went back to work. Wife then got on the phone with the manager because she thinks that would make a difference.

The 5 minutes I spent speaking with the lady confirming there was no need for me to dedicate an hour driving there, and back, was all I needed. Don't regret those 5 minutes. Wife can deal with the regret of talking to the manager.

My only regret on the day was letting our son know we found one.
