whether you agree with how he did it, the move by Riley

makes a ton of sense for him from a coaching standpoint. The PAC has been down for so long, they are just begging for someone to come in and become relevant on a national level again. Neither Oregon or Washington has been able to sustain that.

His system at USC has the potential to get them back national relevance quickly. That's not to say they will be able to beat the Alabama's, UGA's, OSU's, and Clemson's of the world... but he will likely own the conference and get them there.

I for one am glad you are stopping. You are one of the most ignorant posters ever. You obviously think very highly of your own opinion, unlike the rest of us - RockHillTiger

Could care less how he did it, but I like it for two reason's;
1) With the alliance of the Pac 12 Big 10 and the ACC it gives the Pac 12 a proven Head Coach at least at one school.
2)Imagine Clemson doing a home and away schedule with the real USC.
Finally whose to say he could not turn USC into a team that could compete with Alabama ,OSU and Clemson.
I will add Georgia when they win a National Championship.

All good points Leftie. The right coach at USC can make them top 10 year in and out and complete with all the big boys. SC is a football school with a lot of tradition.

Wonder what Riley thought about OK going to the SEC? Could have played into his decision. Plus where better to be in the days of NIL. OU was a Big Deal in Norman but the sky's the limit in LA!
