I agree that Trump's incessant bragging about the stock market was not the only indicator of the state of the economy, but it's nice that the markets are where they are. They need to be when dealing with the headwinds of inflation that are not transitory and now are felt to still be an issue deep into 2022.
First you say real estate is in a bubble, then you say you remember 2007 and everyone making money.
Do you think 2007 is even a resemblance today? Have you tried to buy a house recently? Its a supply and demand thing at this point, which is nothing like 2007 at all. Getting a loan today is a financial colonoscopy; the days of showing up and getting a check have long since past.

I’ve made a ton of money in the stock market so I hope it continues. The day to day operation of my business, you know the real story, is becoming g more and more difficult. Place blame where ever you want. That’s just the reality.
I'm pizzzed at Tesla. I bought 100 shares in 2017 @ $300-ish

After some ups an downs I sold in 2019 at $420...Tidy little profit.
Had I held on I would have enjoyed a 5 for 1 split and a price today of $1,227. SO I turned a $30k investment into a $42,000 investment that today would be north of $613K...

Yes they are. I figured out many years ago that I’m not smart enough to pick stocks. I just buy stocks and mutual funds for the long haul and don’t worry. Well, I worry a little.

Trump blump, Biden Shmiden, the upper level of the economy is in the hands of Jerome now - at least as far as asset prices are concerned. Unless there is a major change in tax policy, especially at to Corporate level.
