last week...right after our best financial year ever, my worst raise ever, and lowest bonus I've ever received.

Its pretty jaw dropping to hear how great we did last year, and then being told how employee retention is also the "key to our success."

I’d keep any gripes to myself if I was in the corporate world… this would not be a good time to lose one’s job right here pre-recession
