Best QB In the class is ours
We touched the WR needs greatly with Williams and Randall.
Did good at OL with the 2 four star kids
Got good guys in the secondary....
The addition of story and Dudley was big for our depth....
Great Job recovering after the IMG clowns pulled their BS
GREAT JOB DABO AND STAFF...
Lost AD...OC AND DC.....4 major defections late in the process and still finished with a top 10 class.

We addressed almost all of our immediate needs in this class with quality players and some that I think can see the field next year. It would have been nice to get another impact DT and DE but again, I feel good about the players we are bringing in.

Like your scale. Coaches, Clemson media supposed to coachspeak. We got some great players and super young men. No doubt we won't know until 3 years from now. We lost quite a few battles. We could still pick up some players from the portal.

Considering that neither DE nor RB were big priorities (targeting only 1 of each for the 2022 class), your "F" grade seems out of bounds.
I'd call the DE grade a "C" (fast guy who was productive in HS; needs RS year to get bigger).
I'd call the RB grade a "C-" (tough guy with smarts and WHO DOESN'T FUMBLE who is likely to be a good blocker and a solid short-yardage back).
TE you might be close, although our new TE might well be a rough and tough blocker (priority for TE) who can catch the short / dump-off passes. (His dad was certainly a superior athlete ... maybe there's more "chip off the block" than what was seen from his HS tape.) I'd call TE a "D" though.

Regardless, we are in good shape at TE, DE, RB for 2022. Grading kids who are still growing and filling out as freshmen is a waste of time.
