is on another level. There are a lot of moving parts.

I honestly think the best thing to happen to NASA was when they started outsourcing rocket design and delivery so they could focus on big picture stuff. Let the competitive marketplace deliver the options and just manage the performance side.

Now they are kind of like amazing conductors of a global orchestra. It's pretty cool to see.
