Are you calling me sorry after I said I respect you as a fellow Tiger? LOL!!! I'll believe it when I see it, not that they were providing minor funds to the Wuhan lab, this is fact by now. No, if they prove that it can be traced that the funds we provided actually went specifically for that research and that they convict Fauci of lying before congress. If they do that, I will come back and give a big "HEY EVERYBODY, T3 IS BRILLIANT! AND I'M A POS FOR TRUSTING FAUCI OVER TRUMP & RAND PAUL" shout out to you.

Well, maybe we should be more concerned about the "twisting of the words" from the REAL politician. I'll quote Tiggity from the "WOW thread earlier:
"If we donate money to a lab, but are forbidden to do gain of function testing, and that lab does gain of function experiments, and we fund the lab, that does NOT MEAN we funded gain of function testing at that lab, even if it was done, and with covid. I mean I buy stamps from the USPS. I send mail with the USPS. I pay taxes too. Some people send drugs. That doesn't mean I fund the interstate shipment of narcotics."

how this type of research goes around the world, but if we put money into a research facility that does this type of research, and there is a ban on this type of research, seems to me we've done something wrong. No one else can do the research we claim to want to support?

Well, I thought Tiggity's anaolgy was apt. Here is the deal, China is where the emerging bat coronavirus's are. If I recall, EcoHealth was giving them like 100 grand a year. China is likely doing the research with or without our tiny funding. Not like this is gonna change anything on their research, probably just gives us a heads up on the results. Anyway, it's been proven that Covid has not been modified by gain of function. Like I said in the other thread, the only stupid thing we did was continue the funding after discovering that this lab had been documented by US to violate certain safety procedures. But, I could be wrong and Fauci is the actual debil

Plus, you never believe the MSM on any other issue, why are you jumping up and down like a school girl because one MSM reporter agrees with Rand?

The Nation is most definitely not a conservative publication. Not by a long shot. Fauci is being less than honest in my opinion about what occurred. Is COVID his fault? No. It is probably due to a lab accident that the Chinese have certainly not been transparent about. Fauci has been engaging in verbal gymnastics, but when Josh Rogin and The Nation are both saying he has not been entirely above board and much of America already has lost his trust, he is on thin ice. There may not be more slippage in his standing, but he is not in a good spot.

It's strange to me that the NIH and Fauci...

are always referenced directly.
In just about any other time, wouldn't he have been considered part of the Trump administration, or Obama administration, etc...
I've never seen a sitting POTUS go after someone so aggressively that serves at the pleasure of the POTUS. I don't think Trump could have directly fired him because he was a civil servant and not a political appointee, but he certainly could have ordered Sec of Health and Human Services to sideline him, reassign him, etc...
The Wuhan funding contract was renewed in 2019 under the Trump admin, right? Why isn't Trump or someone in his admin being held accountable if this is such a big deal?
The whole dealings between Trump and members of his admin was so strange. Him talking about the FBI and CIA like he had nothing to do with running those agencies. And that attitude was at such stark contrast to so many of his supporters that wanted to this of him as some non-politician that was beholden to no-one and was going to "drain the swamp".

you per se were making it political.
However, the point still stands about Trump's interactions with his own agencies. Wouldn't you agree that it was weird?

When you say "walls are closing in"

are you still predicting that Fauci is getting fired? You know, CT1988 said he was getting fired... in March of 2020. When do you think this is actually going to happen? This summer? This year?
