I think the more important question is whether or not these people should be allowed to raise children. Who knows what bizarre beliefs they could implant in an impressionable child's mind!

with the purple uniforms. Glad it was against the Citadel and Military Appreciation Day and that it is not a regular thing. I don't have a problem with purple since it is a school color, but prefer it more when used as a trim color. Honestly, I did not like the purple uniforms worn today. I don't know if it is the orange bands on the sleeves or what. It just wasn't a good look in my opinion. Thought they could have designed a better purple uni. Oh well, mark me down as a fan of the all whites.

the impression that was more of a Dabo decision. I dont think seniors are choosing unis anymore like they used to. I think dabo like orange and white

The problem is purple and orange are not complimentary colors.
Purple and gold, yes.
Purple and yellow, yes.
Purple and orange... no.

Not sure what your issue is with purple..... If you do your history, purple is the predominant color. My dad played baseball at Clemson back in the 40's and he said purple was the dominant color. It really wasn't until the late 70's and 80's did orange begin to take over.
Personally, I like both uniforms. I like the orange look the most, but would actually like for them to add the purple in to our orange uniforms in some way.

Agreed. I actually enjoy the purple. I understand why some don't, but I definitely enjoy it.
I would love to see more purple shirt, white pant combos. Would love to even go so far as seeing purple helmets with a white paw added to the mix.

People that don't think purple and orange match are wack. Pretty sure Orange has the same relationship to purple as it does green (Miami anybody) it isn't a perfect compliment but that just means you have to use them right. Loved the uniforms today and wish we saw more of them.
