groups in both Atlanta and Detroit recently. Fairly entertaining since I was by myself, not sure they are quite as family friendly as the ones they used to have at the Bi-Lo center though. Although they were making hand signals that looked like they were trying to make imaginary balloon animals, so maybe I'm just being biased.

dudes that roll on old school mopeds. It’s kind of funny but when at a gas station and they roll up, 30-40 of anyone is quite intimidating. I had the chance to witness this about 2 years ago. See them a couple times a year

I'd say probably not. Put them on ebay or the city/state auction site. Give them to 1-800-Cars- for-Kids or something. Make some money to do nice things with. This is an absolute governmental waste- stunt.
Of course these are the same people with the mentality that inanimate objects like guns and knives kill people. And cars give people STDs.
