they dont open lots for 4 hrs before kickoff.. most are private so you cant get around it.

Ha-ha..but it’s a dangerous mess there at night due to extra drinking time.
This will probably be my last trip at age 80 while my 1st trip there was in 1959 as a freshman RAT whic historically was the last of the Big Thursday Games on the State Fairgrounds, dating back to 1897.

Surely if S.Carolina can successfully influence kick-off time, they will opt for a night game.
With their dark home uniforms (when going with the dark jersey & the dark pants) ... especially at night ... it is harder for a QB to see their defenders.
(Of course, SC's QB cannot as easily see his own receivers during a night game ... but since they don't have much of a passing game, then the dark uniforms have less of an impact on their offense's effectiveness.)

our game isn't going to be watched nationally. Usually the michigan-ohio state game is a noon game. there is also uga-ga tech which has the #1 team in the country playing. You also have kentucky-tennessee which involves one if not two ranked teams. alabama vs auburn will have two ranked teams. i think we are in line for a noon kick which is fine with me. I think we destroy them in a day game.
