I'd give the nod to Baylor. Simply because they have a decent defense. I'd go with TCU in a toss-up but Baylor returns almost all of their starters to a decent 2014 team. Only question is a QB but I think Seth Russell could be a star this year.

Talent hasn't been short on their roster. I think bringing in McElwain is going to make a huge difference.
Maybe not NC this year, but he'll have them competitive.
