What Should We do with the recovered peices [Results]

While it would be great to take The Rock on the road, there's no point in creating another tradition. Not to mention, when you have something that is exclusive to a school, it's best to keep it only for home games so you don't "disrespect" the team you're playing. I mean, you don't see FSU stabbing their flaming spear into Death Valley's 50 yard line, GT driving the Ramblin' Wreck all the way from Atlanta, or Auburn unleashing the War Eagle into the skies. (The only exception to this I can think of is UGA with their dog, but that's more like a mascot I suppose (though I really don't know, so don't take offense if you're a UGA fan and I'm wrong somehow).

Of course my inital thought was to restore it, but then I feel like it would never actually look quite the same. IT would probably require maintaince every couple of years as well. The idea of taking the piece on the road is not a bad idea to me. Almost like taking something bad and turning it into a first hand reminder on road games.

Tell a Coot fan who you know that you came into possession of the piece and will sell it for a price. The purpose of this would be twofold. One, it would rip off a stupid Coot. Two, it would eventually make the real pieces out there to be suspect after several hundred go on the market. Would turn it into the punk a$$ act of vandalism that it is. The only way a jerk could get credit for it is to turn themselves in.
