If we had last years D line

Jan 14, 2020, 4:53 PM

we might have had a chance.. if we don't get pressure on Joe Burrow, he will hit his receivers all day and he can score 50 or even 60 points...

Whenever it was 2nd and 15 or 3rd and 15, it always looked like he would hit his WRs for 40 yards and it kept happening over and over again..

Also, we need a good tight end who we can count on to get some tough yards on 3rd down..

was our main issue we knew lsu was going to score..lawrence deciding to play flat is what cost us ..hopefully this fuels him for next year

Lawrence needs competition in his position. How soon could Uiagalelei make an impact?

out of your mind. He had a sub par night by his standards,

But he is light years ahead of most sophomore QB’s. We did not have Renfrow this year. In my option, that is the biggest difference. Dependable guy who gets open on 3rd down. Not sure why/ if Rogers not doing the same, but we really missed Renfrow

Agree 100 percent, in today's spread game holding a college team to 42 is like 21 in the old days. The offense let the D down.

yep with a high octain offense like lsu

holding them to 42 was good..we actually got some stops..those drives early in the game where we had the ball like three straight times on their side of the 50 and got nothing killed us
