...left out of the inaugural college football championship playoff. That is the single biggest reason that Ohio State leaps over TCU and Baylor to be the fourth team.

Not saying it's right - but that part is true.
I remember watching OSU vs Cal (last year maybe?). Was @ Cal.
Stadium was atleast...ATLEAST....60/40 split in favor of OSU fans.

is playing. This will be the last time for 9 months to watch college football, it is the first college playoffs, and these will be gig games against top ranked teams. Kind of like the Super Bowl (although not quite at that level), I think the casual viewer will be tuning into these games, no matter where they are in the country or who is playing.
