Nobody at Clemson cares about individual (and now meaningless) awards like Heisman Trophies.....we only care about the ones won based on the whole team effort called National Championships.....Go Tigers!!!!

Our sports information department could push for recognition of individual greatness without affecting team cohesion. OSU played as a team pretty well and their SI guys got them plenty of individual recognition at the same time.

long been amongst the best in the business. Problem with Trevor and ETN is they rarely played the 4th quarter or in games they had dramatic moments

I do . I care , and here's why .
The Coots have a Heisman winner .
On a small level I want every single statistic in the head to head to go Clemson's way in the rivalry . I wish we could win a couple to pull ahead and take the last little thing they can laud over us in any football way .

Seeing as Dabo pulls his starters to get backups meaningful shapes to build depth neither TL orETN will get any higher than 3rd in the Heisman voting. But that’s ok. They’ll both be leaving Clemson as 2 time NC’s and their degrees. Which is more important than any individual recognition.

As soon as some SEC player has a couple of good games at the beginning of the season vs a cupcake, he will be heralded as the best player in the universe and all the talk about TL and ETN will cease.

The actual ballots include a space for electors to designate three individuals for the Heisman Trophy. The first choice on an elector’s ballot receives three points in the overall voting tabulation, the second choice receives two points and the third choice receives one point.
