If Kelly had stayed, I could see him getting 30-40% of snaps

Now, with him gone, I would first think Chase Brice would only get snaps in mop up duty. However, one same issue/possibility holds true: we're 1 injury away from Chase Brice being the starter.

For this reason, I think they'll try to get him into games as much as possible 1) to avoid injury to TL but 2) get CB ready in case called upon for a more permeant role.

Does Chase Brice get 20-30% of the snaps? More? Less?

It's going to be interesting to watch. You want to give TL as many snaps as possible for him to gain experience, but you also need to prepare Brice as a viable back up. I think 30% - 35% is fair.

Up 40-0 in the 2nd qtr, TL plays the first drive of 2nd half, then CB goes in.

I just hope TL can stay loose and keep having fun like he has been for the first 4 weeks. Really hoping the team rallies around him big-time to help him shoulder the weight he may now feel he is carrying on his own.

I agree with Dabo, while I feel bad for KB, I also feel really bad for TL because what is supposed to do...apologize for playing great and exceeding expectations?

I'm glad we have the defense that we do and hope they can get help get him through it all so he doesn't feel like he has the sole burden to keep us in any close games.
