If I understand, a potential tie breaker is overall ACC record?

If so, Miami may be in the worst shape.

I didn't consider remaining strength of schedule and assume Clemson, UM and SMU win out.

If you look at all three 8 game schedules, the current opponent records are

CU 8-11
SMU 8-11
UM 8-13

All three of us play FSU and UL, so those records will not affect the outcome.

Comparing us to UM, our other common opponents are WF and VaTech, so they won't affect us.

The current W-L of our remaining opponents is

CU (NCST, STAN, UVA, Pitt) 4-4
UM (GaTech, Cal, Duke, Syr) 4-6

For SMU, other common opponent are Stan, Pitt, UVA, so

CU (WF, VaTech, NCST) 2-4
SMU (Duke, BC, Cal) 2-4

Comparing UM and SMU with other common opponents being Cal and Duke

SMU (Stan, Pitt, BC, UVA) 5-3
UM (VT, GaTech, Wake, Syr) 4-5

Obviously, SOS, injuries, and the bounce of the ball will affect this and I don't think all three of us go undefeated.

I just hope we do.

Go Tigers.

There is a handful of threads on this today alone LOL

https://theacc.com/documents/2023/5/17/ACC_FOOTBALL_TIEBREAKER_POLICY.pdf

Basically its impossible to figure out because of the insane amount of possible outcomes as we sit here with only 3 or 4 conference games played (4 at most).

It wont happen though in all probability. Either SMU, Miami or us (hope not) will drop a game in the conference.

I'm just gonna wait until the end of the season to find out who Clemson plays in the ACC Championship game.
