This year I wouldn't put them high at all. I'd definitely put them behind us, FSU, Miami, VT and maybe even Duke...yes, DUKE!
To me, if Duke can beat VT and Miami, it's hard to say they're not legit even though VT is having a down year and Miami is inconsistent.

I would have to give them the division based on their record against us.
That would be 4 rings instead of the one they got for winning the SEC East 3 years ago.

I think you're giving them too much credit. If they're struggling with the likes of Vandy, UCF, Kentucky, Tennessee and a bad Florida team, them they'd struggle with all of the teams I named.

UF, and, IMO, better than VT, Miami, and Duke.
If we crush them on 11/30, I may agree with you, but I think we win a close hard fought game.

Having the more highly recruited players doesn't always mean you're the better team. Miami has elite talent on both sides of the ball but they play down to teams as well. I'd actually say Miami is a good comparison to SC but a better version. Head to head, Miami would smash SC though imo.

As much as i hate to say it i think they would win the Coastal Division(if they were in that one) and lose the ACCCG.

Agree. They would battle us for second place behind Florida State and would win the Coastal division. They are better than Duke, UM, or VT.
