Does all of Clemson media/podcast continue to discredit his ability and talk about DJ like we lost everything when he transferred?? A good bit of media I’ve listened to sounds more discouraged then ever and has discredited Cade in almost every way imaginable.

No doubt, it’s just annoying that these people act like Cade wasn’t a coveted prospect out of HS and he’s just some random guy. Tried to listen to the tiger brothers podcast and they’re just downright despressing. Basically said the ACCCG didn’t matter at all because of UNC and angry that we didn’t run the ball more. Still harping that our WR are trash. It’s like nobody in Clemson media looks at any of the positives they just talk negatively 24/7 365, if that’s what our fan base is listening to no wonder their also so angry and depressing.

I never have been a fan of talk radio. When I lived in PA we got the Bob and Tom morning radio show and that was great. Lots of guest comedians and skits. I’m more of a comedy guy than all these talking heads that try to be controversial.

I’m on the road most of the day for work so a big podcast guy, listen to mostly comedians podcast but they’ve been off for Christmas so tried to find some Clemson podcast but most have been insufferable. Can’t wait for my usual ones to get back to releasing episodes lol.

They literally just said that UTs worst part of their defense is the secondary but then said they don’t see Cade throwing for 300 yards and that we have to run the ball more ??

They don't go to games. They just watch TV broadcasted games.
They are all from up north or out west. They don't know anything about football.
That's why they always give Heisman's to NFL busts. That's why they have never predicted the National Champion before the CFP game starts.

DJ is in a good spot in Corvallis - he will still be mediocre but good by their standards. Dabo, and Streeter to a lesser degree, created this entire problem by canonizing DJ and refusing to give Cade reps during the season. Dabo has thrown the entire defense under the bus repeatedly but his incessant raving over DJ's Conference USA skill set created this monster.

I know, Trevor did the same thing in a lesser division and people were in awe. Cade did it in the biggest division in Texas and nobody even cares lol.

Was equal to or better than most TL16 and DW4 games -- excepting stellar national championship games. But since it was his 1st real opportunity, it was an A+ effort. Better than any game in DJ's career.

We’ve had plenty of games against lower ranked defenses over the past two years but the QB/WR looked nothing like it did in the ACCCG

Off season all they talked about when the Paw was on their screens was what all we lost. When DW4 went pro our entire program was doomed to fall apart. When he's send three or four D-linemen to the NFL it was over.
It's not a matter of them not figuring out that Clemson recruits with the best because we went into five different states and recruiting the #1 player from each one year. That includes Bama, UGA and Ohio. Some of the media heads want Clemson out of the way and somehow think that the preseason rankings have anything to do with the playoff.

If anybody is disrespecting or discrediting Cade's performance they can F off. Kid gave us a All-American type game in his first start. Heck, we saw a beautiful deep ball for the time in what has felt like ages too.

Don't know what you've been listening to but I haven't heard anyone suggest "we lost everything when DJ transferred" nor have I seen many, if anyone, discredit Klubnik. Seems to me most folks have either wished DJU all the best at his new school or said "good riddance". Regarding Klubnik, most have questioned why he wasn't allowed to play more earlier in the season and against USC. That would suggest the villains are the coaching staff, not the fans. I've been a DJU fan since first seeing him play and will continue to follow his path at OSU. I'm also looking forward to seeing what CK can do now that he's the starter. It certainly appears that he'll help to mask the deficiencies in the offensive play calling...
