Indiana? Whoever it is I would be pizzed if I followed the rules the BIG 10 set up and they yank the rug from under me the last second.

I think this is why they HAVE to find them a 6th game so that OSU can somehow legitimately claim the East division crown (from Indiana)

I agree but the conference has a good argument IMHO

IF they had a 6th opponent, win or lose, they would qualify. They are still changing the rules, which is not fair, but OSU has the head to head and this argument.

And Miami still has a right to be pizzed just like Indiana.

I cant believe it sounds like I am defending OSU or the B1G!

OSU is in and its to their benefit to say they got screwed by Michigan and then by Big Ten and everyone knows they win both of those games. The committee has them at #4 now based on them not having played hardly a month of football in total and TAMU isnt even playing this week. Cincinnati, Iowa St, UGA and the rest have no shot of making it in.

Maybe, just maybe they put Texas A&M in but I dont see how. I did hear some lobbying and sounds like actual conversations to have TAMU and OSU play but I cant see the logistics working out on that. It'd have to be neutral with no fans and you have two tv contracts at play. If OSU cant get in then maybe both play on Dec 19th as a defacto playoff game. That being said, no advantage to do this for OSU....unless Texas A&M comes out saying they tried to schedule but OSU backed down...then the narrative changes and the media would hammer the Buckeyes and TAMU could get the nod.

Of course, if we lose and Bama wins...then TAMU is in anyways.
