That’s because Americans are working double shifts at their first job to pay for all the current inflation and don’t have time for their 2nd and 3rd jobs. So… That leaves the 2nd and 3rd jobs open with nobody to work them. It’s not that hard to figure out.

Also, more people are working from home now since pandemic began. No one wants to work for greedy corporations who barely breaks off enough for individuals to support their families.
