I get the feeling ray ray is a little gun shy hearing foot steps as he catches punts. On Kickoffs he would not have that problem

all Dabos coachspeak aside he turns every punt catch into an adventure. He almost dropped another he fair caught. we need to use Scott back there before it bites us.

agree 110% - it will bite us at some point. punt returns seem to have been very minimal since the beginning part of the year, so what is the point of the risk?

Yes it is pretty ridiculous that they are still giving Ray Ray a chance. I am sorry but enough is enough. He should not have been back there at WF.

Saturday with the combination of high winds and the lower light levels that Wake's stadium has. Their punter was getting a lot more air than Teasdall under his kicks it seemed, and at that stadium in those conditions it would have been difficult for anyone.

game, but it doesn't appear that we are ever going to do so. It's not a question of who's returning, we just don't block well.

With that said, it doesn't make sense to me to put a high risk / high reward type of guy back there fielding punts when you're blocking scheme never gives him a chance to do anything with the ball. As long as we are going approach returns this way, we should just put the most sure-handed guy we have on the team back there.

kickoff return has been bad too. not sure why there isn't more of a threat considering all the speed on the team.

I would not like to see Rae-Rae on puts or kickoffs
I also like to see less of him on regular plays
high risk and little reward. One of out few that we
missed on as a high profile recruit.

Saw a stat today that said RR has fielded 21 punts this year and fumbled 6 times. That's a lot
