Army. Navy. Uconn. Buffalo. Temple. West Virginia. Marshall. Liberty. ECU. And all the Florida schools

Add Notre Dame to this and you have a 28 team mammoth

Interesting concept.

Base it off the English premier league. You have to build the program to be in the upper half and have a shot to compete in the conference title. Worst teams get relegated. Then you could even have pod play based on regions.

If your team drops below .500, then you go into the bottom pool until you work your way out.
