I would really like to see us bring in some of our former

receivers who have been successful in the NFL, to speak to the current receivers. And, the sole purpose of those visits should be to impart knowledge about route running TO GAIN SEPARATION so that our QB has an open target to throw to.

Specifically, I mean Hunter Renfrow, and Nuk Hopkins. Hunter Renfrow does some ankle breaking moves that befuddle even All Pro defenders. And, Nuk is one of the best "hand fighters" on the initial break off the line of scrimmage in the whole league.

It was beyond frustrating this season to watch our offense struggle in this regard, while just about everybody else I watch on TV seems to have no trouble getting guys open, even against OUR defense, which was one of the country's best.

Coach Tyler Grisham is the Wide Receivers Coach, so this mission is his to carry out. It is no small task.

I don't agree with that. I think Nuk and "Clemson" have kissed and made up.

If I'm not mistaken, he was at the 2018 National Championship game when we stomped Alabama.

By the way, if the sportscasters were calling that Alabama team the "best college football team ever" .. and we thrashed them, doesn't that then make our 2018 Clemson National Champion team the defacto "best college football team ever"?

Yes, Nuk was on the field for that game and we talked to him. He was gracious and complementary.

Anxious to see if Ngata can play the bowl. Might could get Williams in the off season to come. If the Collins make a stride next year along with ej and Ngata, that's a good start. Can't wait to see what Will Taylor can do in the slot.

getting open. He just says "throw the ball up high, and I will go get it"! And he does.

That is another issue we had this year. Our receivers didn't do much to help out their QB by fighting for those "50/50" balls. Several of those became interceptions because of this.
