At least for guaranteed lower deck tickets when I was in school. I was in a block and it basically alternated every game between upper and lower. For the big games, id buy lower deck on the secondary market, if we got assigned upper. Shoot SC game alone cost me like $150, for only $75 more dollars I get lower every week. Sounds like a deal to me.
