And I talked with SEVEN of them yesterday at work. Maybe I’ve just encountered the most reasonable pocket of their fan base, but not a single one of them felt screwed by the committee. Every one of them agreed that losing by 20 to an LSU team that was offensively inept for the majority of the season (not to mention that they were shutout 29-0 on their home field by Bama) was the reason they were kept out of the playoff. Every. Single. One.

It seems like there’s a lot of talking heads and “pundits” pushing this agenda that some great disservice was done to UGA by leaving them out. No! You have to look at the results on the field. Losing to a bad offensive team by 20 does not constitute a top-4 team in the country! Even Georgia fans think so! I’m sure there are plenty of UGA fans thinking they were screeds and as I said maybe I just work with an exceptionally reasonable segment of their fan base but you can’t expect a mulligan for a 20 Point loss.

I have a token UGA grad at my company. He said the same thing. Losing to LSU by 20 cost them the CFP. He wasn't bitter, just kind of accepting his fate.

Georgia will have their turn in the playoffs. I think the committee did their job and put the best final four in place for a great playoff. Go Tigers.

Paul Finebaum is employed by SEC network and he pushes the agenda to make his conference more money. More teams in the playoff, more $. The SEC has four teams in the NY6 so they will make bank anyway. They are just greedy scum and are due to be dismantled.

I live in Georgia and the fans I've spoken with are irate! "They got robbed!" I told them the loss to LSU did them in. They often make fun of the "A She She" so it's sweet to remind them that they lost to LSU, who lost to aTm, who lost to lowly Clemson! Their expression instantly melts! I love it!! Go Tigers!!!
