Was doing a lot of riding at the time and my culo was still sore for a week.

Slow? Bet a wood duck would complete that physical test in less than three days.

couldn't even run 10 miles straight, maybe even 5. They're "the goal is just to finish" types who are only paying attention to cut off times and walking.

30-40 some odd miles via walking.

Well, it was a forced march, with packs on, and feats of strength sprinkled here and there. Took a little over 2 days.

I suppose whatever we had to run at football practice, a mile, mile and 1/2? I never really saw the point in running much. Sprinting, yeah, that's useful in emergencies. Maybe 500 yards or so. But running/jogging? Nah, that's what wheeled vehicles are for, conveying you to/from places of significant distance.
On a bike, I used to ride a bike everywhere when I was a kid. I rode to the swimming pool, baseball practice and games, to friends houses, out to the farm, to the record store, to work, anywhere I needed to, my main mode of transportation. I never kept mileages though. Hundreds of miles per year. After I turned 15, I became motorized and literally didn't get on another bicycle for 30 years. But I now own a mountain bike, which I enjoy ride on dirt trails only, no pavement. I don't keep mileage, so no clue what longest would be.

Did 100 miles at the 24 Hours of Booty in Charlotte a few

years ago, about 63 miles between 7pm and midnight, 10 miles around 2am, and rest the next morning. Closed loop route, plenty of food and drink, it was a good time.
I'll never road ride again except on a closed course, too many chances to die. Of course, I don't even ride my Peloton right now - axe throwing takes up my time now, much nicer to stand in one place and drink...

I've actually run farther than I think I've ever biked

Longest run was in serious "I want to PR my half-marathon" training and hit 17 miles as the longest pre-race run. Ended up running a 1:32:something. I missed my 90 minute goal, but PR'ed by almost 2 minutes.
I think the longest I've biked at any one time has been in the 12-13 mile range.

roughly a half marathon running...maybe closer to 12miles

i ran cross country 25 years and 100lbs ago....had a practice loop that was a tad over 8 miles, and my house was almost at the halfway mark.
Was feeling spunky one day, and decided to run home after practice, after the initial 8+ miles
it wasn't legit continuous, but ALMOST continuous
Bike, who knows man....i rode all over the place as a kid, all day....i'm sure I put in 50 mile days.
recently, probably like 15 tho.
