Wow, this video makes you wonder what would have

Jan 9, 2021, 12:00 PM

happened had they gotten to the senators and vice-president. White House sources are saying that Trump couldn't figure out why other staffers in the White House weren't as excited as he was watching the event unfold on tv.

It's a shame lives were lost because a president, some senators and representatives mislead these people into thinking that the election was stolen. According to Graham, later that night, he'd known for weeks the election wasn't stolen, they just lost. Such a sad and tragic day for the Untied States of America. But it also shows how quickly one side can simply claim the election was bogus and then suddenly elections mean nothing and there is no democracy.

Can someone explain why those officers left from in front of the doors. They were standing there and showing amazing restraint and then the one furthest from camera pointed (into the crowd?) and they moved aside.

And where did the tactical officer come from and what is he doing ?

I was wondering that too. I think they saw the heavily

armed tactical police coming up the stairs. I'm thinking they were motioned to move out and let them come up there. Just a guess. If so, very horrible timing for the female terrorist. Had they stayed just seconds longer, until the tactical officers got there, the female terrorist likely would never have jumped through the busted window.

According to our POTUS, that dude smashing the glass should get 10 years. Do the Trumpkins on here agree?

Anyone that broke windows should be procecuted

Jan 10, 2021, 8:19 AM

how much time they get should be determined by a judge or jury based upon the evidence presented. 10 years max is a start.

How about felony murder?

Jan 10, 2021, 9:23 PM [ in reply to Re: Wow, this video makes you wonder what would have ]

Felony Murder:
A rule that allows a killing that occurs in the course of a dangerous felony, even an accidental death, to be charged against the felon as first-degree murder. A felon can be guilty of murder during the course of the dangerous felony even if the felon is not the killer, as might happen when a robber kills a clerk -- the driver of the getaway car, as well as the robber, may be charged with first-degree murder. The rule extends to unusual circumstances, such as the killing of one of two bank robbers by a bank security officer (the surviving robber may be charged with murder).

Here in Georgia, two men broke into a house. A lady was there alone. She shot and killed one of the men. Whan the other man was arrested, he was charged with felony murder because he was in the act of committing a felony and somebody died (his crime partner).

Felony murder has the same sentencing guidelines as first degree murder. In my opinion, anyone that fought police or even went into the capitol illegally should be charged with this because five people died.
