If I heard that right. It looked to me as if was inside the line & that was the call so I thought it would stand

running into the kicker or roughing the kicker so they just split the difference and call it a 10-yarder.

Never happened. Never will. Can't. Not legal.

But good ole ACC refs have one motto: "No rules!"

looked left,then right, took a dribble step back and launched a 3....after looking at the film, the Duke coach staff ,I mean the refs said that took .7 seconds I believe..

talked out of their heads all game. First said the ball landed on the line for sure - then one said it was clearly in bounds and the other still said on the line. Then appeared to speculate that they split the difference when they should have gone with the original call if they were not able to tell for sure it was obviously wrong.
