Sabb committed to us in July after

Nov 27, 2021, 11:30 AM

his June visit to Michigan. Wilfong’s ball indicates that Michigan has continued to try and sway him. I hope we keep him, but it also makes me wonder about some of our recruits, especially the “flips” (if you will).
I wonder if we are still keeping in touch with the likes of Shaw? Perhaps the shine of UNC’s appeal is a little bit duller today.

I thought Dabo asked players to decommit if they decided to take other Visits

Nov 27, 2021, 11:42 AM

What changed?

NIL effect has changed recruiting.

As far as I know the rule is still in place, and if that is right I

would be shocked if he wasn’t gone. That’s a pretty clear Dabo rule that he’s flouting.

Kind of crazy to think that a kid from Florida with a commitment to play defense for Clemson would flip to Michigan after a visit in late November.

Has Dabo changed his mind about commits taking

visits? Seems to me he will no longer have an offer from us? Time to move on.

Not good.
So much for the “Hard Commitment”.

Until the recruit signs with the new team, there is nothing against the rules for the 'non-Clemson' teams to directly contact K.Sabb ... and there is nothing against the rules for Clemson to contact T.Shaw.

I was asking about Dabo’s rule.

If you visit a UNC board, the fans are calling for the firing of Mack Brown. It could be a good time to land someone thinking about the portal.

Sabb is telling Clemson he's there for a recruiting trip for his brother

Nov 27, 2021, 12:21 PM

And that he's still committed to Clemson.

However, that's not what Michigan coaches are hearing.

Re: Sabb committed to us in July after

Nov 27, 2021, 12:26 PM

The reality is that commitments mean nothing now. A recruit can change their mind and leave any time they want, even after they've already started playing here. That's what the morons who hate college football wanted and thats what they've gotten. We could have a dozen five stars commit tomorrow and the odds are that the majority of them won't still be here in two years so getting worked up about it either way is even more of a waste of time than it was before.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

That’s a fact.

Nov 27, 2021, 1:12 PM

They should change the term from committed to the phrase “I like you guys enough, but.”
