and tell them it was a nice run, thank them for their service, and tell them to heal up and get ready for their Pro Day because we're going to roll with the young guys the rest of the year? Right now best case is if we play in some obscure bowl in Idaho or El Paso. They don't deserve to go out like that.

Guys like Skalski,Turner, Spiers, Upshaw and Rencher played pivotal roles in getting us to where we've been. They deserve every snap they've worked for and continue to work for. There is noone that plays harder than these 5 guys. They exemplify leadership, focus, heart, and effort. If every player followed their example to the letter, we'd win a NC every year. 8'd say only one of those guys has legit shot at the NFL. Sure they all wanted to get another year in because they know realistically speaking, they are done wearing a uniform for the rest of their lives. Regardless, they didn't come back to do anything more than win and they showed it every time they got out there. It would be a double up'd L.jab-R.uppercut-L hook-overhand right, to do that. Let alone a PR nightmare, create serious doubt. A what am I playing for, cause the staff went fully panick mode when the chips are down and they migbt do it to me, no matter what I've given to the team. The players know what, if any coaching changes that need to take place. That sentiment will be brought up when Dabo does his 1 on 1 interviews with every player.

It’s a tough decision because most of us love those guys but one that needs to be made. Not necessarily bench them but we need to play the younger guys a LOT more.

Start them but yes play the young players more.

If you don’t have confidence in them you need to question your evaluation in recruiting or developing these players.
