.....not with the coaches but the players, I think everyone thought that Tajh was going to be the hands down leader of this team but it seems Tajh is lost and looking to be lead. Thats a big problem some people aren't cut out for this role and I have a feeling Tajh is one of those people. I will admit Tajh says all the right things but when stuff don't go the right way for him it looks like he would like to hide behind something. I am the type of person that when I hear leader I think of someone who says jump on I refuse to lose, someone who when things aren't right isn't looking around lost and wants to feel sorry for themselves and need someone to hold their hand and tell them everything is going to be alright but someone who is going to make things right someone who is going to slap the ##### out of someone who isn't doing their job. Tajh seems to say its ok coach Morris will make things better he needs to realize that guys look to him and follow his lead rather he wants to be a leader or not. This is my opinion and what I see out of Tajh at times when the camera pans to him after a bad play or series, you don't have to agree with me but by calling me stupid or dumb or cussing me won't change my opinion because it is my opinion and I change it for no one but again this is just what I see out of Tajh myself.....
the truth is we haven't had that type of personality

since Keith Adams and Waters were here, really. We haven't had a fiery personality on offense in ages. On Defense, Sapp, Bowers, Gilly, Sensabaugh, none of the NFLers were. Simmons was, Adams was, Levon was, Dawk was. Offensively D. Allen was but he was almost a lone wolf. We recruit ridiculous talent but we don't recruit a lot of fire in the belly types of guys like we used to have. I'm not for any off the field issues but we have got to have some guys who'll blast some faces when the going gets tough. Some guys who'll smile through the face mask and tell folks that we're about to knock your #### teeth out.
