everyone on this board is so quick to point out that stars don't matter when we are recruiting a 2 or 3 star player, but the first thing you do when we are recruiting a big time prospect is to mention how many stars he has and what number he is on the Rivals 250. I also find it funny that when Ryan Jenkins was committed to Clemson he was a big time 4 star prospect, but the second he decommitted he was just a replacable 3 star nobody.

Seriously people at least attempt to be consistent and not so biased about everything.

Stars are a good indicator of physically gifted athletes, but there is no star rating for potential that's realistic

it probably obvious that the tone of the board is going to be by the vocal people that day. although some a swayed by the wind. i think most people have an opinion about stuff and pretty much stick to it until proven wrong.
