committee members were influenced by pre-season and early season polls, and if so, do you believe that had any impact on the final rankings?

Did those polls influence how they determined strength of schedule?

I think by the time they met, the preseason stuff had worked

it's way out. Still some residual bias (i.e Coots preseason # 9 so A & M must be good). I would think SOS would work out as well by actual records and such.
