Fact is undefeated in ACC is easier and if FSU and Clemson

Nov 27, 2012, 8:27 AM

Run the table most years there playing for it all. This year they would have and both games Clemson lost were close enough to go the other way. Hang in there, could be a fun many years ahead.

Games are close when either team has a chance to win at the end. At the end of both games we lost, we were in a beatdown mode even though the final score may not indicate it. Jimbo had some mercy on us and Spurlit just ran out the clock.

With 5 minutes left in the 4th quarter we could have taken

the lead. How is that not a close game?

a second chance to shine. Common opponents with UGA would be Tech and Auburn

I think LSU is the current projection.***

Agreed, it may be a weak ACC, but if we can run through it

undefeated, we have a sure shot at a National Title.

That's the game plan.

Of course that was in ref to the original post

That all changes in another year when they do away with the automatic qualifier. We would have to play through some top notch teams if we made a play off.

i want the hardest schedule possible....we were soft saturday night and shell shocked after playing 7 weeks of patsies...made us think we were better than we really are...we came across a team faster and tougher than any we played the 7 weeks prior

I think an undefeated Clemson this year would have been

Nov 27, 2012, 9:34 AM

leapfrogged by any one of the 1 loss SEC teams (Bama, UGA, and/or Florida).

An undefeated Clemson team would have included wins over FSU and USCjr.
No way one loss jumps then.
