The Good and Bad News

We have not "arrived." BUT if our young men work their #### hinds off, avoid injuries, and realize they are behind the 8 ball to win some HUGH games this year THEN I think we will have a great season! Hype is just hype but work, determination, and the inner drive to compete and win is more important. I hope our Tigers get it.

you say anything about arriving - we will have "arrived" when we become consistent in winning big games and the ACC title, not to mention the state title.

and in subsequent battles with FSU and USuC. They have not "arrived." They can not adopt a fat cat mentality. To have the edge they need to push themselves to the limit and know it is going to be a battle--they themselves have to want to take the battle to the competition.

That is what Danny Ford's teams would say. That playing the game was like taking a day off. When our guys can see and feel that the actual game is easier than practice. That will mean our coaches have them prepared for playing the game. For me, that says that they are ready to give a 100% for 60 minutes.

That was a test to see how focused you were. Don't ever lose focus. I'm gonna get off t-net and begin my daily focusing routine. If we lose focus, as fans, we will not have a great season.

Beat UGA, and beat them good.. We can finally say we arrived. UGA is #5 coming in w/ a great QB, 2 good RBs, good O-line and OK at best WRs. They're defense is gonna be an above average D, and our offense is just to #### good. So I say, after this first W. Clemson nation can say we arrived. Go Tigers!!
