It's just a concept at this time... but here it is...
"Like Rats Fleeing a Cinco-ing Ship"
Cartoon ship with #5 on the side sinking, with Captain Dabo on the deck, rats diving off the side into the water. One of the rats would have the likeness of CBV. Other rats could be swimming to a raft that says Transfer Portal.
Maybe it's a little dark for a Clemson shirt... might be better suited as a one cell cartoon for the State Newspaper.
I'm just an ideas man. Somebody run with it.

DRad is replaceable, as is Elliott. There no other Venables in the country, but Dabo hired him when he was considered mediocre. We’ll be fine there, too.

I see a beautiful garden full of colorful birds and butterflies. From within the garden a rainbow rises and reaches its crest. As it bends in its reach for a place to touch it begins to fade. On top is DABO riding that rainbow like a wave. He has the biggest smile and I can hear him saying, "The best is yet to come!" And some many great fans and players are on the other side calling out, "We are waiting to join you here!"
Ahhh, its gonna be good.

Oklahoma job still opens and they still come after BV. People still transfer because that's college football now. I don't think much changes.
We can't be shocked this is happening with the coaches and players leaving.

nothing to do with how we played this year. Venables was always going to leave for what he considered the 'perfect' head opportunity. Elliott is going to leave when he gets a 'good' opportunity. Drad pretty much the same...big payday and a new challenge. Transfer portal guys are not leaving because of how the team plays but more of a function who is playing in front of them. The Sabb de-committing was a product of him second-guessing his choice and Michigan successfully flipping him. Not a single one of these things was influenced by how DJ played, or how the team played and would have happened if we finished 6-6 or as ACC Champs. If we'd played in Charlotte Saturday at 11-1, Venables would have been announcing today and all the other dominoes would have most likely fallen just as they did.
