We won't improve enough until we have pitching. Andrew See (pitching coach) needs to go.

The start to the season won't mean anything if we don't improve

I agree. I was most upset by the pitching last year and was likewise calling for a pitching coach change. As competition has improved pitching has fallen short. It is very hard to hit your way back from 10 runs down IN THE FIRST %%^%&*& INNING!!!

Not sure what's going on. Where's Ricky Williams and Ty Olenchuk.

Completely understand Barlow has been good. Not sure what Monte or See isn't seeing. You could clearly tell he didn't have his stuff and why always bring lindley in. Where's Edmondson been. He's wild sometimes but he gets outs too.

I’ve wondered the same thing too. There are great pitchers sitting on the bench that he won’t give much, if any playing time. At this point, what does he have to lose?? Monte Lee won’t get out of his on way.

Pretty sure Olenchuck has some of the best stats on the team through about 7-8 IP. Not sure why we couldnt see him as a midweek starter.

Yes, Winthrop are quite horrible. If we lose tonight it might actually be justification for an interim coach.

Yep this is not the Winthrop of 8-10 years ago that had decent talent and would throw their Friday night starter against us on Wednesday and beat us periodically. Ricky Williams will be starting tonight and I expect him to go 4-5 innings with good success. In hindsight, it may have been better for him to have started last night and let Barlow regain some confidence against the lowly Eagles tonight.
