Missing the tournament was a devastating blow. Now missing the tournament is the standard. Between this and Basketball, it really takes the wind out of man’s Spring sports.

I agree. I see numerous t-netters talk about we "almost" made the tournament like that is some sort of consolation. That is like almost getting to a bowl game in football. Unfortunately if you lose long enough and under preform long enough just getting into the tournament seems like a win. Feed people crap and call it sugar long enough and most people will no longer be able to tell the difference. That is the state of Clemson basketball and baseball.
