complained. Some have even replaced the coaching staff.
Houses have been selling like hotcakes! Earlier, you couldn't sell one to save your life. A year from now, they may be giving them away again. I just sold an old car for four times what someone offered me for the same car years ago.
Things happen in cycles.
Clemson was mediocre. Things got better. Then, they REALLY got better! We fans and supporters got spoiled. We got cocky. For myself, I got comfortable. Comfortable in knowing that no matter if we got behind, we could (and would!) come back. Comfortable in knowing that if a team punted us the ball with 60 seconds left before halftime, we would score. Comfortable in knowing we could take the field with the "best", and usually come out on top.
I suppose it's human emotion to think you are going to win every game every time. Logic knows better. But when logic prevails, it still hurts.
We "hate" Alabama. "Hate" because they can reload year after year while the rest of us speak of inexperience, youth, instability in coaching, etc. Truth is we all want to be like Alabama. Alabama is a true "Blueblood". But, Bluebloods fall. Look at Duke Basketball, UNC Basketball, Texas football, etc. What makes you a Blueblood is the ability to climb back up.
Dabo is the best thing to happen to Clemson football. When his "time" is over, change will come. I don't know if his time is ten years, twenty year, or thirty years. Under Dabo, we have all gotten complacent. We have grown fat. Things started to get shaky towards the end of last year. They have continued. But, no one wants to win more than Dabo, his staff, and our players. I just laugh at some of these "TikTok" fans that want to replace Dabo for losing a couple of games. WITH WHO?!!! Who are you going to hire to come to Clemson to win every single game played? Give me the name!
I hope this team gets it turned around. But if they don't, I can assure you this off season will be spent breaking down every single play of every game in an effort to locate the weak spots. And, they will be corrected or replaced. For now, let's do our part as supporters and follow the advice of Ice Cube and Checkity-Check Ourselves.

If we were in the SEC with Dabo as our HC, I truly believe we could compete with Bama for all the best talent that believe that the SEC is the way to go. I believe that bc Dabo really loves his players, and he and his coaches make sure they feel, and know that they are loved. Clemson in the SEC, Bama wouldn't be the only team in college FB that can reload year in and year out every single year!!!!

Agree we would be great in the SeC but our offense it's time to find a new one throw it out and go modern multiple pro spread .

My experience with college football coaches was very good. I had a football coach named Coach Husby. I have learned a lot from him. Wherever I stand today is because of him. Trust me, the great coaches are worth it. If we talk about overtraining, we must know our limits and should know how to control the amount of work and sleep we get. I would also like you guys to share your experience with college coaches.

Losing a couple of games isn't what the fuss is about though it does hurt. The fuss is about the fact that Dabo didn't see it coming and he seems to not want to admit what the issues are and he is certainly not doing anything to correct the issues in the meantime. I don't think it's time for Dabo to go, yet. But it is certainly time for him to clean house on the offensive side of the ball, get rid of these home grown coaches that can't coach and bring in some new talent. He deserves a shot at correcting this but he would be on a short leash if he worked for me. He makes over 8 million dollars a year and I don't know about you but in my book at that salary there is not much room for error. This year has been a train wreck waiting to happen. Once all the talent was gone then it's time to step up to the plate and Dabo or his offensive staff haven't been able to do that. The flip side of this is that if we don't get the offense moving we are going to lose our DC and a bunch of recruits to the portal. Dabo doesn't have much time to fix this. Once you drown in the mediocrity of college football it's almost impossible to swim out.

Please tell us how he “didn’t see it coming.” If you think you’re privy to anything more than they want you to know, you’re delusional. Dabo knew exactly where we were and where we are. Never have I ever heard from any coach going into a season say, “well, we aren’t very good here or there, but we’ll see what happens” or “we are world beaters at every level.”
Get behind the team or GTFO, talkin this BS, “it’s not time for him to go, “yet,” coot.

Well, if he did see it coming he's spent the last 4 weeks lying to us. According to him everything was exactly opposite in practice. I was simply giving him the benefit of the doubt. You could be exactly right and if you are things are a lot worse than we even think they are.

I did a brief analysis of where your short leash management style may apply. Turns out you could be AD at a lot of places:
Texas
Texas A&M
UNC
Miami
FSU
Nebraska
LSU
Auburn
Even Alabama, tOSU, and Oklahoma fans complain about wins. Feel free to take your pick of any of these schools to be a fan of..

We cannot score points or do anything on offense with a load of talent everywhere. Given DJs performance last year and JR8 coming back, LJD, we should be killing people. But look at us, DJ has the yips, JR8 runs the wrong routes, and LJD is transferring. Now our D is broken because they are on the field for 75% of the game.
We’ve gone from 60 to zero in 2 seconds and have major whiplash.
This is why there is so much dissatisfaction…

I’ve done the root cause corrective action - RCCA.
RC - Offensive Line is a liability with young players, out of true position players, not enough depth and a coach that needs to retire.
CA - Robbie retires at the end of this season and we hire in a replacement that gets us to where we need to be.
Now everybody can chill out.

Even with a offernsive line we still have TE's play calling that we can't overcome.

A lot of Clemson fans became at the end of the 5th ACC championship in Charlotte vs UVA. Bank of America Stadium began to empty BEFORE the trophy was even presented. All I could think about was 2011 when you couldn’t pay a fan to leave after beating VT and finally winning the conference. How quickly things changed!
Personally, I don’t believe Dabo’s wave of success is over, because he has built it to withstand a year like this. I’m honestly excited to see what happens the moving forward. Trust Dabo Tiger faithful!
