My Roomate was

One year my roommate was not returning, and I got a new guy.
Big City boy (Greenville).

He aspired to be Al Capone, carried a pistol, lay in bed and threw knives at our dart board.
He could beat anyone at the pool hall.
During exams he sold fake dope for a dollar a pill to help kids stay awake to study.
His buddy at the 7-11 would let him carry out cases of free beer.
He never went to class.
As to roomates, I would rate him exceptional, a great guy! He was a loyal friend.

At a James Brown concert I went along as his sister's date (she was about 12).
The concert was over the top of anything I had ever experienced. I believed the walls might collaspe.
Some folks like Dennis and James are unique.

Tug ..... you and I were there at about the same time and I am from Greenville and there is a chance I knew your roommate. How about a first name and initial and the high school he went to.

In Greenville, in the day, was one of the GREAT pool halls -> "Corner Pocket". Inside it was dark --> noon and midnight were the same. Dennis was respected there. I considered myself a "player", but there I would just watch. The game is more than just table skill.
