That doesn't make any sense

Apr 12, 2016, 11:56 AM

(not saying you're wrong) because every game, including ND, there were Hatfield corners in the south upper deck.

There's something in these hills.

Re: That doesn't make any sense

I've explained this on here before... Students show up to the game, but many of them with Upper Level tickets, sneak into the Lower Level. It's really easy to sneak in with the current pass-out rules. One person walks out with 4 tickets, licks their hand, and transfers their stamp to 3 other people, and they all walk back in.

There were so many people in the student section for the ND game that they turned people away at the portals, even if they had a ticket for that section. A friend of mine has season tickets in the section beside the student section and he wasn't allowed to return to his seat after leaving to use the restroom. He had to go 3 portals down, slip past the people at the portal, and then walk down the row back to his seats.

As we all know, those top deck corner seats suck. As long as the pass-out rules stay the way they are, students will continue to sneak into the lower level and leave those corners empty

Go by the library or any computer lab on a Saturday......

Apr 12, 2016, 11:54 AM

There's a good 2000+ students you'll see who couldn't tell you the team's record and don't care.

exactly. so theres only about 13-14k that want to go***

False

Apr 12, 2016, 11:56 AM

They'll never designate enough tickets for every student. Mostly because a lot of students don't give a ratsass about football. I had a group for a class project that wanted to meet during a home game one time. Some people just don't care.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

ROH

yeah thats even more reason why

Apr 12, 2016, 2:23 PM

every student who wants a ticket can get one

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

1. We do not have a non-student attendance problem

Apr 12, 2016, 11:57 AM

2. If they can by a Tommy W condo they can buy a dang ticket
3. How do we pay for the CDS contract and the new facilities?

Just giving stuff to people is what has our country in the shape it's in today.

Put'em on the Hill!

Overflow in the SE corner -student section - as usual.

I paid an 'activity fee' when I attended, they can too, but not sure $225 (+/-) is the right number?

2024 orange level memberbadge-donor-05yr.jpgmilitary_donation.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Whatever choice(s) you make makes you. Choose wisely.

Activity fee has nothing to do with Athletics. .

Apr 12, 2016, 12:21 PM

The students still pay an activity fee.

Geville Tiger on Clemson football , "Dabo's only problem is he has to deal with turd fans questioning every move he makes.”

I read that in the Athletic Departments

Apr 12, 2016, 12:39 PM

response to the student petition as well. But I seem to remember when I attended mid eighties, if you did not pay the activities fee, you did not get athletic tickets to any event including football. It wasn't a lot of money...70.00 or so but still. And I'm not claiming the athletic department received any of that money but it was still a fee to me if I wanted tickets.
