Doesn’t matter. But what does is that in track and xc, the guys with the best times travel. No loyalty, no favoritism. All about results. I wish we could bring that mindset to the football team

You can’t compare track with football, basketball or baseball. Tell me how you logic would work. Football is a team sport. Track and field are individual events. It’s a big difference.

If you're not bringing your best effort every week and aren't living up to your potential, then you're hurting the team. It is comparable in that sense. The goal is to win with the best players out there.

Good grief. I hope you are not a Clemson graduate, embarrassing assessment. Last time I checked track and field had a number of team events.
